Classic jazz/vintage pop vocalist Carolyn Lee Jones with vocalist Candace "Mahogany" Miller and pianist/vocalist Jeanie Perkins, in a performance at the monthly meeting of the Dallas Jazz Piano Society that features women composers, lyricists and the women who made songs famous! With a supporting rhythm section of Steven Heffner on bass and Jeremiah Evans on drums. The two-set performance starts at 7:30 pm. The program is free to the public but a donation will be welcome to support the Society's non-profit Keys for Kids, which provides instruments and musical instruction to motivated students with documented financial need.
